All of our chocolates are made fresh, free of preservatives and in small batches.
Chocolates are best consumed within 10-14 days of receipt.
All shipments of chocolates are "signature required" due to their perishable nature.
Chocolates free of preservatives begin to melt at 72 degrees.
We do not offer cash or credit refunds for any purchases.
A replacement order will be shipped upon receiving the returned damaged package with complete contents.
Hot weather shipping requires special packaging and costs more than norman packaging.
